Robinair 33060 60" Long Red Premium Refrigerant Charging Hose (1/4" Standard Hose with Standard Fittings)
The Robinair 33060 is a 1/4" standard hose with standard fittings. It is neoprene-coated for flexibility and wear resistance, with a valve core depressor and a 45 degree bend on one end for convenient access to the system. 500 PSI working pressure, and 2500 PSI burst pressure. Robinair premium refrigerant charging hoses are built for long life and dependability. A strong, six-sided crimp provides a reliable connection between the hose and barb, even at maximum pressure. The coupler nuts are deeply knurled for quick finger-tightening.
Standard 2-1/2" gauges, R-12, R-22, R-502 |Includes a set of three 36" standard hoses |Original free floating dual O-ring sealing system and stem seats that full retract result in fast evacuation and charging |Angled bar for knuckle clearance |Metal gauges with color coded refrigerant dials for durability and surge dampened for reduced needle movement |Completely repairable |Made in the USA - Manufacturer: Jb Industries.
Quick change bending mandrel Index marks to locate bends For complete tube bender kit that includes all mandrels required to bend 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4" and 7/8" tubing See: Yellow Jacket 60331
Manifolds are also available with larger, easier to read 3-1/8" color-coded gauges in rugged steel cases with polycarbonate crystals. These gauges feature 1% accuracy (class 1) for an exact reading in critical charge systems. Forged brass body for durability. Full porting maximizes capacity and flow. Some models include color-coded, 60" plus II hoses with standard 1/4" flare fittings. Hose assemblies UL recognized for 4000 psi (275 bar) burst and 800 psi (55 bar) working pressure.
Pressure test kit for Radiant Heat Manifolds. Connects directly to the radiant heat manifold and allows installers to test and monitor the system for leaks before and after the installation is complete. The kit comes ready for installation - just connect it to one of the manifold"s shut-off valves, close the other shut-off valve and pressure test the system.
Forged aluminum alloy body makes this unit lightweight for handling ease with the durability and reliability required for repeated use. Fourth hose to enable connection to hi-/loses, refrigerant tank and recovery unit or vacuum pump for diagnostics, evacuation and charging without switching hoses.3/8 inch Vacuum port for use with larger hose to cut evacuation time by up to 33%.
